Calling all Newhart entrepreneurs! Do you love to create, make, and sell? We’ve got the perfect opportunity for you! Newhart PTA has teamed up with the City of Mission Viejo for a Kids’ Market at Movies in the Park on Saturday, October 10th. Newhart students can reserve a booth to sell their handmade creations, products, and more. And the best part? You keep 100% of what you earn! Booth space is limited for each grade, so don’t miss out. Reflections 2026–2027 Theme: What My Culture Means to Me

The 2026–2027 Reflections theme has been announced, and it is “What My Culture Means to Me.” This theme invites students to reflect on the traditions, values, experiences, and communities that shape who they are. Culture can include family traditions, food, language, music, celebrations, sports, and even school experiences that create a sense of belonging. Through visual art, photography, writing, music, dance, or film, students are encouraged to share what makes their story unique and why it matters to them. The focus is on personal meaning and connection.
All entries will be due on Friday, September 18th.
