Marquee Shout-Outs run for an entire week (Monday through Sunday) on the parking lot marquee.
Orders need to be received two weeks prior to the Monday your message is to start running.
Marquee messages will be prescreened by an administrator for approval before going on the marquee. All messages must abide by PTA and district guidelines. Only 15 characters per line, including spaces, are allowed.
Messages are 3 lines.
Line 1: Either: Congratulations, Happy birthday, or Way to Go!
Line 2: Custom 15 character message including spaces (Example: Student's First Name, Last Initial of Last Name)
Line 3: Custom 15 character message including spaces (Example: Love, Mom and Dad, We Love You!, XX Years Old!)
Important Information for Cash/Check Payments:
- To pay by cash or check, please submit your order online first. Then, drop off your payment at the PTA table during registration on August 10 or 11.
- Please include a printed copy of your receipt with your payment.
- Orders that are not paid by August 12 will be canceled.
- Make all checks payable to Newhart PTA.
